Description
Lace Monitor.
The Lace Monitor or Goanna is the second largest monitor in Australia. It's native to east Australia and can get up to 2 metres long! They have beautiful black and yellow patterns on their scaly skin. They spend time in trees as well as on the ground, hunting for insects, reptiles, small mammals, birds, and birds' eggs. They can sometimes be found attacking poultry and eggs at farms or at properties in a bush environment.
