Description
Red-browed Finch, feeding on grass seeds. The Red-browed Finch is a beautiful little bird, with an olive green backside, grey underparts and a distinctive red brow and beak. The tail is red and black. They can be seen in small flocks in woodlands in Eastern Australia, usually busy feeding on seeding grasses. When disturbed, they are quick to hide in the dense undergrowth.
