Description
Lace Monitor keeping watch from a tree trunk. The Lace Monitor is the second largest monitor in Australia. It's native to east Australia and can get up to 2 metres long! They have beautiful black and yellow patterns on their scaly skin. They spend time in trees as well as on the ground, hunting for insects, reptiles, small mammals, birds, and birds' eggs. They can sometimes be found attacking poultry and eggs at farms or at properties in a bush environment.
Taken in South East Queensland, Australia.

Your body of work gives me reason to believe that you're the ultimate animal lover as well as a sensitive nature lover, which means you must be a truly gentle soul indeed.
